ITC provides a range of face-to-face and web-based capacity building programmes in market analysis and research that support companies, trade support institutions and governments in developing countries. Training content is tailored to the particular needs of the beneficiary.
Face-to-face capacity building ranges from short workshops to longer term programmes spanning up to 12 months on using ITC's market analysis tools and other trade data sources and methods for market research, analysing trade performance, assessing export potential and simulating trade policy scenarios. ITC conducts over 40 sessions annually.
Distance learning support services on market analysis include a training platform with free video guides to navigating ITC's tools, tutorials explaining trade related indicators and interactive courses building skills in methodologies to indetify export potential. ITC also offers customized webinars for remote training of groups up to 25.
