The objectives of the 2011 Trade Leaders programme are yet to be defined.
The 2010 ITC Trade Leaders Program was designed to have a profound effect on a small group of influential individuals who will become leaders in trade promotion in their countries, act as ambassadors for the mission and services of ITC and boost ITC's impact.
In working in the Market Analysis and Research section of ITC, individuals received a strong grounding in the fundamentals of trade related analysis, including identifying opportunities to improve national export performance through product and market diversification (including intra-regional trade opportunities) and the analysis of market access opportunities and obstacles.
